We are thankful to have had the opportunity to bring the vision and ideas of an experienced youth development football coach to life. Jozsef is a veteran junior football coach in elite youth development programs, educating the next generation of world-class football players. He was passionate about reforming the coaching methods in junior football, and during the time his son was playing in Barcelona youth team, in collaboration with the management, he developed a program for youth development coaches to upgrade their knowledge and methods through vocational training in Barcelona and online courses.
