SEO, Drupal, WordPress and more
The company aimed to achieve top rankings in each municipality where their bakery shops were located.
We accomplished this within 5 month by creating a new Drupal website, rebranding the products, establishing a social presence, and implementing countless new visual elements. In 2023, we replaced the previous Drupal-based website with WordPress.
Our collaboration has expanded significantly.
We now carry out online and offline advertising of products. The bakery’s main target group is still more accessible offline, but we are reaching more and more customers online, so we engage in parallel marketing.
Web Development (Drupal & WordPress)
Between 2015 and 2023, we created two Drupal websites. In 2023 we switched to WordPress. The change was motivated by a change of direction for Drupal.
Offline marketing
We create regional newspaper advertisements for new products. We also produce the stores’ own promotional content and product brochures for retailers (posters, signs, other promotional material).
What We Learned
We have learned to work with a multitasking team, where each department operates under different time constraints.
We gained a comprehensive understanding of the company across all operational verticals: raw materials, purchasing, production (baking), logistics, and store management.
